精神疾病治疗以及药物滥用问题是社会两大难点。精神病患者能否彻底康复？在因过度使用药物而造成药物依赖以后，人们能否恢复健康？本周二8月19日下午5:30，北京美国中心将举办一次特殊议题活动，并邀请了健康专家KanaEnomoto女士作为嘉宾，她是美国健康与公共事业部（HHS）药物滥用及精神疾病管理局（SAMHSA）的高级副管理员。她将与我们一起探讨良好的精神卫生健康的重要性，以及如何识别和解决精神健康问题。本次活动还将播放纪录片《匿名者》。该片讲述了数百万曾经饱受因药物滥用而造成的药物依赖以及酒精依赖等精神类疾病折磨的患者如何战胜病魔。欢迎您与我们一起来参与本次活动。
KanaEnomoto女士年8月起出任美国健康与公共事业部（HHS）药物滥用及精神疾病管理局（SAMHSA）的高级副管理员。Enomoto女士任职的是一家拥有超过名员工，年预算约35亿美元的机构，并作为该机构管理主任的高级顾问，为其提供政策及项目活动方面的意见和建议。
美国药物滥用及精神疾病管理局（SAMHSA）始建于年。旨在为公众提供更多更加便利的有关药物滥用和精神紊乱方面的信息、研究以及服务。其宗旨是行为健康对国民总体健康至关重要；预防工作的重要性；治疗方法的有效性；药物依赖患者和精神紊乱患者的可康复性。
